Windows 10 Password Change? MS Account changed but not login to computer...

As title really. On my work laptop and my personal PC I have changed my password recently, but it seems to have only affected the relevant Windows accounts, not the Windows login...?

I have been looking everywhere for a way to change the login password - but just cannot find anything.

Am I being that stupid?

Tried that but it has not changed. Only changed all Windows Account things like OneDrive. Login still as it was.

Ok so done it twice in a row now and the 2nd change took...how weird!

It can take a while to sync your new password to your machine, and requires an internet connection. Maybe it just took a while? At least it's sorted.
