This is the only way now that I can see to solve your problem - should have kept your windows 7 license in case of trouble - lesson learned the hard way.

I wish I had the initial product key so I could activate windows :/
 
Just download an image of whatever version you had on before, then install it and try and activate it online (no key needed), Microsoft generates a machine id and uses that for activation. Then upgrade to Win 10.
