windows 10 reinstall- possible to keep some progs?

replacing a mobo as it looks as if it is defective but am getting a lot of glitching in Win 10- USB errors, aura sync errors etc.
WOuld it be best to do a reinstall of win 10 when I fit the new mobo but I have a few progs that I cant reinstall if I do a format due to limitations of installs
Is there a way to do this or will I have to bite the bullet and do a fresh install and hope to reinstall the other progs if possible

you can replace a mobo without reinstalling win10
the only thing you need to do is reactivate it.

you can just change the board and all will(should) be fine.
changing chip set also docent give any errors, i went z87 to x99 without problems, any the GF just went z68 to z170 and the same all worked.
