Thanks for the reply, I dont have a PCI usb card, I'll take a look for one, although I dont think I have a pci slot in my ASUS ROG Strix B450-F Gaming II.

I have updated the Bios to the latest, next is the chipset drivers

Updated the chipset drivers, still the same thing, although not as regular so something has changed.

Have you disabled Armoury Crate in the BIOS?

This is just the sort of thing that does.
