Stupidly have windows 11 on a new build but for the life of me I can get to bios to get my ram sorted(running at 2133mhz when it's 4000mhz) I have tried recovery via Windows settings, tried restarting and hitting/holding F2 and delete keys, even tried the script "shutdown /r /o /f /t 00" in command.

Anyone else have the same issue or a fix?

PS I've also tried the power of prayer!

hold shift as you go start > shutdown > restart

Then the pc will reset to a windows recovery screen, from there I think it's troubleshooting > advanced > Uefi Firmware Settings , which is what you are looking for.

You might need to tap rather than hold down the F2 or delete key - sometimes just holding it down on some motherboards will either not be detected or be detected as a stuck key and ignored (sometimes with a warning).

Ultimately though seems like yet another stupid implementation by Microsoft.

Tried that one as well.

Restarts but doesn't take me to the bios, I think I need to reinstall windows 11 or go back to 10
You could try unplugging the drive that Windows is installed on just to test if it's something screwy with Windows, although at this point Windows being the cause of the problem seems remote.

Alternatively if the hold shift method doesn't work, going to Settings -> Update & Security -> Recovery -> Advanced start-up also works.

One reason why I have fast boot disabled in the BIOS, depending on the manufacturer as part of the "speeding up" it will disable the keys to get into BIOS, requiring you to either unplug the drive or access it via the OS.

For future ref, create a system startup USB drive from within Windows. You can boot with it at any point and it's valuable if your OS ever tanks or you can't get into Windows and need to access tools and sfe mode etc.

Oh crap so many issues with X570 chipset.

People had same issue with same motherboard cant entered into BIOS 3 years ago.

Try disconnect all USB cables while restart PC before enter into BIOS.

If not work then try change VSync refresh rate to 60Hz and restart PC to enter into BIOS.

Also try restart PC then switch off monitor or TV for 10 secs then switch it on, you should see BIOS screen.

Try flash BIOS back to 1302.

If nothing work then try clear CMOS or take out battery for 10 sec.

I had the same issue when I originally installed windows on this Asrock board windows seemed to remove access entirely I had to download a tool from the Asrock site which you had to run and it would restore access to the bios its called AsRuefi.exe I can't remember where I found it exactly though somewhere on their site
