windows 32bit or 64bit??

64.....Have you looked at some of the rec specs of some games these days? 4 gig ram. (I still read hard copy games mags :( )

Anyway get win 95 on the cheap......I remember doubling my ram from 2 MEGS to 4 (or was it 4 to 8?) & it made my games fly. (win 7 64....bah).
 
hi a bit off topic but my laptop has 3gb of ram and im thinking of doing a fresh install(it currently has W7 HP 64bit, 8 months old) should i go for 32bit or 64bit since it only has 3gb of ram?
 
Go for 64bit, don't really see a point of sticking with 32bit, unless you can only get the 32bit drivers for the laptop.
Isn't Microsoft planning to make a 128bit version of Windows 8? :eek:
 
Might as well just go with 64bit unless there is something you need to run that won't work on 64bit. My desktop has 2gb and both my laptops have 3gb but they all run 64bit as a future upgrade in memory would be usable without having to reinstall the OS
