Windows 64 and Linux Problems

Hi all, I'm not entirely sure where to post this one, so please correct me if there's a better place for this post.

Basically, I've just upgraded to Vista 64 and its causing a major problem. Now my Linux boot on my second hard drive doesn't appear in the dual boot option thingy like it used to. Any ideas why and how I can sort it? Thanks all!

your boot record has been re-written by windows.
use super grub disk to fix it up.

are you using ubuntu? if so re-install grub using the live cd following this
