Why does windows 7 32bit work without the dvd drive though?
I've got a CD drive though
Yes.
First of all, have you backed up everything that needs keeping, as once you format, there will be no more data on the hard drive. You will lose everything you havent saved to another disk.
You will probably need to go into your BIOS and look for an option which says (something like)
Enable USB keyboard support.
Set this to enable.
In your bios you need to set the boot priority to the dvd drive
put in windows 7 64bit dvd, and press a key when asked.
Okay, I just enabled the usb keyboard support, ill let you guys know how I do.
Thanks
