Windows 7 and HDD bundle

Thats what I am going for at the moment, does it come pre-installed on the hdd or do they come seperately and you have to install it yourself?
It says:

So im a little bit stumped as to if windows 7 comes pre-installed on the hard drive

If your buying a system, then it will be preinstalled, but, if your just buying a HD and win 7, then it wont.

No it won't be preinstalled but its so easy to install anyway it shouldn't be any hassle.
