Just a quickie - by default will windows 7 TRIM all SSDs installed in a system, or just the OS drive? Is there anything one would have to do to enable TRIM for drives other than the OS, or is it a global setting?
Only certain drives support TRIM (newer ssd's). If you have an Ssd that supports it then it will be enabled automatically at the point of installing windows.

Yeah my drives support TRIM - i researched the matter fully before i bought them. And TRIM is enabled in Windows, even though i didn't install from scratch when i bought the new drives (i migrated an existing install). However, my question pertains specifically to a multiple HD situation. If i have one SSD on which the OS is installed, and another one attached to the system, will windows TRIM both drives? Or does it only TRIM the OS drive? I'm assuming both, but I'm just looking to make sure.
