windows 7 boot up time

Hi All What sort of tweaks can help speed up the boot up time of windows 7 ? i read somewhere about changeing the prefeacher or something any views thanks

Windows 7 is quite quick normally, wheres it slowing down at?

the boot up time seems to hang

sorry i meant what part of the boot up? i.e what screen

it seems to be when it goes from the logo into the log in part and the log in part to open up
