Windows 7 can't see SSD?

Hello all

I've just plugged a Crucial C300 SSD into my system (motherboard is a gigabyte ga-g33m-ds2r) and although the BIOS can recognise it, when I boot into Windows 7 64-bit (from my main 1TB drive) Windows can't see the drive at all.

Any ideas?

Nevermind, I was being stupid - had to go into "manage" to allocate the space. Now it has drive letters assigned and is formatted.

Do you not want the SSD as your primary OS drive?
