Hi guys, I just installed Windows 7 and for some reason its detecting my Asus ATI Radeon HD 4890, as ATI RadeonHD 4800 Series? Does this mean it covers the 4890? My smartdoctor doesn't seem to be working either. Has anyone else had this problem? I installed all the latest 4890 drivers off the net but doesn't seem to of changed anything.
Any help would be really appreciated. Cheers

Thats correct, it lists any of the 4800 series cards (4850, 4870, 4890 etc.) as the 4800 series.

I can confirm that, having both Windows 7 and an Asus 4890 in my system.

Nothing to worry about, if it really bothers you download gpu-z for clarrification on the cards specifications.
