Short of buying an MSDN sub that's the closest you'll get rah^. DigitalRiver are official MS partners and the ISOs are straight images of the retail DVDs.
Downloading windows is legal, you buy a liscence (product key) not the os. Provided you use a legitimate key i.e. one you actually paid for then you're fine.
Idk why ms can't just offer iso downloads after service packs off it's own servers. Would make life so much easier for anyone not a developer.
