ok second noob question of the day

after accidentally installing my OS on the wrong partion the first time i think ive fluffed my second install.

finished installing everything, went to defrag my C:\
c:\ appears in my computer but wont allow me to defrag it (using windows defrag anyway)

looking at disk manager its not showing as primary partition but the 100mb reserve is. have a look at the pic.

anyway i can change this without reinstalling, cheers

thanks for the replies guys.

No, when i selected the defrag tools or anything similar C: was just not seen by the system

Problem seems to have been solved anyway as i was forced to reinstall again. Downloaded some of the windows updates, restarted and was greeted by "Bootmgr missing" error...odd

this has not been the smoothest install ive ever done.

had the same thing with my last install, nothing i could do to remove it.
luckily one of the MS auto updates removed or hid the partition, and everything is fine now.
