windows 7 partition isnt the bootable one... how can i make that boot with recovery disk?

How can i make the windows 7 partition (mysteriously now D) the bootable one using the recovery disk... i think the command prompt is what i need... but i dontknow what to type in.

It says no operationg system found when i turn on the computer.... i put in the recovery disk but it wont find the windows 7 installation

Previously it was fixboot and fixmbr, with win7 I think the command is bootsect now.

Or you can use fdisk with any linux livecd, or gparted livecd.
