My recently new build system, seems to be running a bit sluggish, its only 5 months old, however, something doesnt seem quite right. windows and programmes cant be sluggish to open and close etc. Its not quite as fast as i expected it to be.

I looked in task manager and there are a lot of programmes running in 32 bit mode. Is this right, or is this causing me problems?

Even wordpad was running in *32 bit

This is my build -

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64
550W PSU XFX Core Edition
Intel Core i5 3570K 1155 Ivy Bridge
2GB Gigabyte GTX 670 Windforce 3X
Asus P8Z77-V LX2 Intel Z77 S 1155
Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600Mhz CL9 1.5V Non-ECC Unbuffered
Seagate 500GB 3.5" SATA-III 6Gb/s Barracuda Hard Drive 7200RPM 16MB Cache

At first i thought i was having harddrive issues, so i ran seatools for windows, and it never showed any hard drive problems...
