hi all
i have a dell t3500 with win7 32bit and i got an adaptec 29320lpe inside, but im having issues getting max speed like for example a HP LTO3.
ive searched about abit and seen that it may be down to the "page file" size not being enough though i have a 300gb hard drive. ive also tried a fibre drive and thats giving me full speed.
using an old desktop pc with xp i get full speed but a newer pc with win7 and its slower by around a third. ill also mention the read is fine only write is the issue.
any ideas why scsi is slow and fibre isnt
