Hi all, basicly i have got a problem with windows 7 sound.
I have a set of 5.1 headphones pluged in to my sound card, the sound card came with my mobo and its a suprem fx II or something.
The problem is with media player i get the 5.1 sound fine and it sounds good. But as soon as i start a app or game it switchs to stereo, this is with games i know that should support 5.1.
Also if i am playing music on my media player soon as i start a app or game it switches my media center to stereo from 5.1
I downloaded the vista drivers for my sound card which dont seem to have done much good.
Has any one else had this problem? or any ideas what might be casuing it.
