I just installed windows 7 onto my main HDD. After getting everything setup i have connected my two 1TB drives that are not in any kind of RAID array what so ever.
Windows 7 picked them up and put them into a RAID 0 array of its own choosing. I have not initialised the disks. I have tried to put them into differet SATA slots
My MoBo (Asus P6td Deluxe) has not got them setup in any kind of array, as far as i know, the HDD Method is AHCI.
WTF Happened, my data seems to be gone, but i have no access to an external HDD caddy to check them.
Any ideas>?
Edit: Ok, changed the MoBo to use IDE mode for the HDD's, and my two drives are back. Now i have to figure out why my 5850 doesnt like Catalyst drivers! Pain in the ass, bought my new system Oct 17th, put it up till i finished an exam, yesterday (passed it!
) and put it al together today, installed, and Fully star out swearys! 5850 is giving me jip, both the drivers on the cd and the 9.11 drivers. Trying the 9.10 ones now
