Windows 7 system properties not showing overclock?

Windows doesn't know much, don't worry about it. Cpu-z will reliably tell you if it's overclocked or not, as will benchmarks.
 
It's always shown the clock on my rig.

When you see the "E5200 @ 2.67GHz" you have to appreciate that this is part of the name of the CPU. Windows is reading it as meaningless text from the CPU to identify it. CPU-Z shows it as the CPU name but then lower down shows you the current frequencies.
