Windows 7 task manager/memory

Is it just me or does the free memory seem to drop to zero by doing nothing?

available memory is fine though.

Vista does the same, its just prefetch/superfetch etc preempting your program selections iirc. Nothing to worry about.

Didnt stop every Vista hater out there claiming it was a memory hog etc. for doing this!
