how do you activate windows 7 touchscreen? or do you need additional software and hardware to do this?

Seriously though if you plug in a proper touchscreen it should recognise and activate straight away, like it does when you plug in a tablet.

Ignore everyone in here they are just a bunch of idots trying to be clever

Windows 7 out of the box will work providing you get the hardware touch screen to go with it. So if you have a touch screen monitor and Windows 7 your ready to go.
