found a website doing windows 7 ultimate oem x64 and x86 for £90.
does this mean i can install this operating system over and over as long as its only on 1 machine, like what i do with xp and vista.
 
I don't think you can pick up OEM versions of Windows 7 yet. In any case I would just pick up the full version of Home Premium for £65 on OCUK, before they raise their price like other sites have.

OEM License - Good for the machine on which it is initially installed only.
You can do any number of hardware upgrades, however once the motherboard has been upgraded your license is invalid.
