cpu and gpu really, i got 4.4 on my ati 4350 which i was quite chuffed with (not sure whether i should be or not)
another question, should i overclock, then check benchmark, then check stability or what because doing it that way seems to take for ever...

to be honest i would make sure your system is stable before doing anything else with it.

4.4 is pretty low for a dedicated card. make sure you have the latest drivers and a stable system, then do benchmarking.

yeah, i did about 20mins after each tweak until i got it to where it was causing issues, then went back to the previous setting and ran it for an hour or so, then if it passed that i then looked at seeing if i could make some more changes to go higher, then when i was pretty happy with it for an hour i did an overnight test (8hours ish) to make 100% sure.

ok sounds good, ive sort of hijacked my own thread now... anyway mines currently running stable after 6ish hrs of prime 95. ive upped the clock freq. and multiplier and v core... what next? ps if i increase any of these values further the system becomes unstable.

you might of reached yout limit, different boards, psu, cpu, ram.....will allow different max ocs, so if it wont let you go higher there is probably a reason for it.
