found a website doing windows 7 ultimate oem x64 and x86 for £90.
does this mean i can install this operating system over and over as long as its only on 1 machine, like what i do with xp and vista.

OEM means it ill be fixed to the motherboard, so as long as that stays the same then you should be OK.
