It was 8.1 Pro, 64bit.

So for £50 you thought you'd get £116 worth of software?

Please tell me why alarm bells weren't ringing in your head? You obviously know the price/value of the "legitimate" product and that £50 is a little "too" good.

It's like buying products off your local market, they are branded the same, labelled the same and even come in the same packaging but they aren't the real thing.

Not a pop, just I don't understand why if you are going to take a chance with something not legitimate then why pay for it at all?

Is OcUK license for single PC?

If you buy an OEM version of Windows, then that is licensed purely for the motherboard it is first activated on. If you later decide to upgrade the motherboard, then Microsoft count that as a new PC and you'll need to buy a new copy of Windows for this. However, you are able to phone during the activation period and Microsoft will almost always allow you to activate that install if the old motherboard died and this is a replacement even though they are under no obligation to.

If you buy a Retail version of Windows then you can install it on as many different configurations of computer as you like, provided it's only installed on one PC at any one time.
