Windows 8 4KB Alignment on M4?

I'm going to do a fresh install of windows 8 on a Crucail M4 128. Should I be doing this for windows 8?

Also should I update my SSD firmware to 010G for win 8 or play it safe with what I have (000F)?

No need. I found 7 and 8 does it automatically anyway when you create the partition with the Win 7/8 installer.

Leave it as 000F, some people have problems with 010G.
