Figured this was probably the best section for this as it's more of an enterprise thing than a general windows thing. I'm trying to get Native NIC teaming going on Win 8 Enterprise, to take advantage of SMB 3.0 Multipathing. It's a doddle in Server 2012, but there doesn't seem to be any similar wizard for setting it up in Windows 8.
I've got Intel cards and I've used ProSet to team them in the past, but I think you have to use the native teaming for SMB multipathing.
Tantalisingly there's the same "Microsoft Network adaptor Multiplexor" protocol available in my network card properties that my Server2012 team uses, so I'm hoping theres a hidden (powershell?) method to get it up and running.
I've tried googling, but pretty much everything that comes up is just telling me what I already know about teaming in Server 2012.
Thanks in advance.
