sadly I threw out my DOS pc a few years ago

as I have many spare hard drives (ide and sata)

is it possible to use computer (see sig) for windows 7 / 10 and DOS ?

id like to keep this as it is, but if I installed another hard drive and put DOS on it, could I boot to it when I wanted to without interfering with Windows in anyway?

Given how old those IDE drives and DOS games in general are - they'll probably copy over to a modern hard drive without you noticing the space used. Rather than having lots of old drives connected up. You may need to use a cadddy or IDE/SATA adaptor if your motherboard doesnt have IDE on it.

I run Sid Meiers Colonization in a dosbox from a USB stick :)

I used to have dual boot Dos 5 and Win 7 on a laptop. Reserved a Dos partition on the first 100MB of disk. Really needs a floppy drive and support to work best though.
