Windows boot fail

Cheers for the heads up buddie. I will make sure i check, i reckon at the end of the month ill buy a new one anyway as it has a small capacity, though its its not the issue then ill be bummed.

Well all you can really do is make sure the SSD and board are running latest firmware and bios. If that doesn't sort it then it appears you are out of options apart from replacing.

BTW - I updated an earlier post regarding the ssd toolbox software and it possibly not being compatible with your ssd (may have to update your ssd firmware a different way - see link in earlier post.)

Cheers. Ill take a look. Im going to try removing the gpus as well to rule out psu issues. The reason being sometimes when i boot the fans require me to turn up to 100% before they start spinning, only then can i turn them back down to 65%. Unless of course im being noobie and im doing something wrong. Seems odd that they dont like starting at the set speed on my controller. Its not all the time though.

If you still want to try updating the firmware on the ssd you have I have found these

A List of all corsair ssd firmware with links (and instructions) http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=107588

Here is a link to the corsair Force SSD update (I think this is for your drive but I could be wrong) http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=100449

You're a star. Thanks for all your help with this, it really is appreciated. I successfully managed to install the update thank to you and it seemed to install fine.

The next test will be seeing how it runs when I next go to boot. I'll keep you posted on things, and yeh, hopefully can start enjoying this build soon :)
