My window's clock is consistently reporting a time that's one or two minutes slow. Just wondering why this might be. I know the CMOS battery is the cause if your PC has time keeping issues, but surely it can't be the case for 1/2 minutes... can it?

My motherboard is a DFI X38 LT-T2R, and I'm using Vista 64 if that helps.

Any advice

Cheers

Ah yeah that might help :p

I have an alarm clock, that gets it time by radiowaves as my main comparison. But I initially noticed it on OCUK, I looked at a the time of a post and it was ahead of my PC's time. I have also compared it to another Vista machine in the house.

^^^lol it'll just somehow loose the time again, it syncs correctly then somehow looses a minute or two :(

I think it's fixed now, I changed how often it would sync, and changed which internet server it synced to.

Cheers
