Windows DLL problem

Just finished installing 3dmark06, went to run it and I get this error message

Now im also getting it with other things such as the windows calculator.
Ive just re-installed windows as i thought this would fix the problem but clearly it has not

More specifically, further down, which I think is your problem...

This problem occurs if you are also running BricoPack Vista Inspirat from CrystalXP. To resolve this problem, uninstall BricoPack Vista Inspirat.

Seems an update from Microsoft causes the problem.
