As far as I'm aware he did that as per Post #4.
Yeah, just noticed that

Did you do a clean install with the SSD after you cleaned it? You shouldn't need to do it again, just check the memory with memtest86+ via UBCD (has a lot of other useful tools and saves wasting a CD/DVD for just one). 2 Passes is enough to rule out the memory as the problem.
Have you checked the Memory Voltage? some times the Bios does not set the Voltage correctly for the RAM (more common with 4 DIMMS rather than 2).
Didn't think the H61 chipset supported any higher than 1333MHz but I could be wrong. Did it pass Memtest86+?
Run CPU-Z and go to the memory tab, see what it is running at: http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html
If in doubt Strip it right back and start with just the motherboard Ram CPU and basics (Keyboard mouse monitor) and see where you get from there!
What Power supply are you using and whats the Wattage rating? A full list of hardware would be a big advantage!
No hard drive when I try that? how can I tell if this problem is fixed? If in doubt Strip it right back and start with just the motherboard Ram CPU and basics (Keyboard mouse monitor) and see where you get from there!
