"Windows - Drive not ready. Drive A" Error

Hey Everyone. Swapped my PC into a new case the other day and left the floppy disk drive out (never used it) everythings fine when I boot up and play on the PC its when I go to shut it down it comes up with the error screen on the *logging off or saving settings* screen. This is the error I get :-

"Windows - Drive not ready. Drive A"

Is it a simple case of going into the Device Manager going to 'Floppy Disk Drives' and unintalling it?

Also if that is right, do I also have to uninstall 'Floppy Disk Controllers' too?

try just deleting it in device manager and in the bios find where it says about the floppy drive and change that to no drive if it isnt at that already.
