Have started a new job and this is what they currently use

I am playing and Googling as much as I can about it. Google will only tell me so much and OCUK is normally blunt.

So any tips, advice?

What do you want tips on, using it, installing stuff, developing for it, creating installation image?

As far as I know, it is just a modular version of normal 7, designed for a smaller footprint to fit on smaller storage devices (like CF cards).
When installing it, you have to decide what parts of the O/S you need before creating an image for it, as once this is done, adding more functions is not really possible.
Installing apps normally works OK, but is reliant on what modules you included in the original image. If you are missing something (like Direct3D or other APIs) programs won't install if they need those APIs.
