Recently my main data hard drive (640 WD) has started to act up, music will stop playing randomly and not be accesible for a while, movies won't start and folders won't be accesible. However, if i play movies/music or open folders on my other hard drive, it works fine.
I've tried windows error check (vista sp1 32bit), it scheduelues it for next reboot, however, it gets to stage 4 of 5, and freezes a after getting to about 1050 out of 50000. I've tried this a few times, but it stops at the same place, I usually do this overnight, so it has about 8hrs, but nothing happens.
Any ideas what I should do?
