I have windows vista home premium on my pc and it was working fine untill the other day and now it keeps crashing randomly sometimes as soon as the computer starts up or after 5 minutes or so. I have tried reinstalling and repairing vista and its still crashing?

What anti virus are you using? Saw similiar thing on a mates pc with vista due to a nasty trojan. Various spyware progs and good old kaspersky sorted it out.
Failing that a format and clean install would be better than a repair....just remember to back everything up first!
