Sorry Bony Maloney, where do you mean for me to put this? If I go into regedit and go to:

Shell\Shell\explore\command\ and then edit the value of defualt which currently is "%SystemRoot%\Explorer.exe /e,/idlist,%I,%L"
 
Right click on explorer - left click properties and paste the followingin the Target field:-

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /e, /root,

note the commas and spaces!!
