Windows has stopped second card.

I added a GT220 to my spare PC and Windows decided to stop it (error 43).

The other card is GTX980 and I just wanted a second card for a second monitor.

The PC is an i7 960 on a GAX58A-UDR3 and a clean Winodws 7.1 install. 6GB of memory. Running 353.30 drivers and Geforce experience.

Any ideas?
