how do i make more folders other than the default, video music pictures, ale to stream other than putting folders inside of these as I dont want replication on some of the files I have I have in their and I can see this killing my space over time !

I don't know of a way to do that within WHS, but you could disable media streaming and install TVersity.

I find Twonky far better. TVsersity and me didnt get on at all.

Yeah but TVersity is free - you have to pay for Twonky? No problems using TVersity here.
