Windows install SSD help

I have windows 7 and an SSD but it has become clutterd and also I have an admin and my own user account(I only want one) also when it boots up it has 2 versions of windows to choose from, I want a clean install as it's only a 60gb SSD and 2x1TB drives.

Please help, I tried to format it but it seemed to install another partition.
 
The 2 accounts bit is something I messed up with on vista and had to restore, leave me to wander round in my head what I did, make sure you do a Secure Erase
 
So far i have wiped the ssd completely and installed windows on on of my f3 drives but after the load up windows boot manager appears and gives me 2 options of windows 7, also when i tried booting up from the cd(for a fresh install on the ssd) it tells me it isnt there yet i can load the cd from windows on the f3?

Driving me crazy!
 
Can you explain yourself a little clearer please?

What drive do you want the OS on?

When you wiped the SSD, did you format it?
 
Unplug all drives except the SSD you want to install to and the CDROM drive. Modify boot order in BIOS to Boot from CD then install to SSD. Ensure AHCI mode is selected for the SATA port your SSD is connected to.
 
Thank you kindly all, Sin chase your solution seems to be working as it's installing as I type, do I change the SSD back from AHCI when I put my other HDD back in?
 
Nope!

Leave it at AHCI, the mode you want to be using with a SSD.

Your other drives might have boot loaders on them from a previous install. When you plug them back in make sure they are not in the boot order or, if they are, a lower priority than your main SSD drive.
