Windows installer keeps running with Outlook 2003

Hi,

Recently, for some reason Windows Installer starts running when I start Office Outlook 2003.

It starts and then gives an error - something about the Office Source Engine and the file SETUP.CHM in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11

I just started it again now and it didn't come up so I'm not sure of the exact error it comes up with.

Any ideas why this installer is coming up and how I can stop it please?
