Windows is blocking me running an app!

I'm trying to install a program on my pc and windows appears to be blocking it despite me running as superuser!

You can disable user account control.
Then it should install.

Just make sure that isnt a virus

Off topic but if you want to run uTorrent, try and track down v2.2.1. This version was before it became bloated with ads and is generally regarded as the best one.
