windows live errors ?

hi guys i am using a hotmail account inside w7 i can open and dload the emails but when trying to open them i am getting a warning that they are updating repairing the service and to try it in an hour - but that was yesterday and still nothing .
also if i click windows mail live it opens and not all the messages dload and i get an error panel stating

server response xfs reguest syncbinary failed response code db error server response 720
server window live error id 0x8df00002
any advise please if i try windows help im going round in circles , would it be maintanance or server fault ?

Both Windows Live Mail and Messenger are working fine for me. Have you tried search the Internet for the error message? It may be a problem on your end.

i havent touched my email settingsand they worked yesterday ok until the afternoon .
