Iv got this set up ok. well i think so anyway, im still receiveing mail since i started useing gmail ( about 2 years ago ).
I want it to ONLY show the new mail i get and not download all the old stuff (its even picking up ones iv deleted! )
how can i stop it from updating the inbox to show all my mail since i got gmail and just receive the new mail?
