Same here, I cant login, Im using Windows Messenger, only way I can login

hmm now I remember why I got rid of this in the first place. Is there a way to get the "other contacts" group to show at the top of the list like it did in 7.5? If not, this is going to digital hell.
 
Does anyone know, if I downgraded to 7.5 would I lose my settings/custom emotes/winks etc? (not that I use them often, just annoying to find them again :( )

EDIT: Done it anyway all works now :p

You're not missing anything, it's still in Beta, there's just a new version out, and you don't need invitations anymore.
 
Is there any way to transfer my custom contact names from MSN Plus to the Live Beta? I wouldn't mind renaming them all manually except there's a couple of hundred so :p

Quite sure its not. The only reason I'm not using WLM on my main pc (its installed on this lappy) is because I use MSN+ on MSN7.5 for its activities log which shows when contacts go on/offline - its invaluble to me.
