A friend wants to know if he can download Windows Mails for XP? As he cant have vista on his PC. But love to be able to have Windows Mails as he not like Express
Unlike Outlook Express, Windows Mail is not considered to be a component of Internet Explorer. As such, it will not be made available for earlier Windows operating systems.
