Ive got 4 computers that I want to be able to see over my wireless network. I had issues with 2 of the computers though, firstly, ive had 6! usb wireless devices fail in one (ie, they work for a few days then stop working), the other is a shuttle with a PN18 wireless device, this has very low signal strength (been replaced twice as well) and crashes when used for more than light browsing (loses connection, reboot required to get it live again).
So what I have been left with at the moment, is 2 laptops connected via wireless to a router, each of these laptops is then wired to a desktop computer with internet connection sharing used to router the computers to the internet.
The problem is, neither of the 2 wired pcs can see anything on the local network apart from the laptops they are connected through (I guess this is because they have a different ip address)
The IP address setup is:
192.168.1.254 - router
192.168.1.100 - laptopA
192.168.1.50 - laptopB
192.168.0.1 - laptopA (wired to C)
192.168.0.1 - laptopB (wired to D)
192.168.0.2 - Desktop Computer C
192.168.0.2 - Desktop Computer D
so what can I do to make Desktop Computer D see laptop A or Computer C?
Thanks for any advice.
