Windows only showing 2 of my 5 hard drives

So I had a power cut earlier, when I turned my pc on it was only showing the two mechanical drives. Took out the 3 m.2 drives and they all work fine in a usb 3.0 enclosure

tried putting one back in and it then worked but one of my sata drives stop working.

All drives show in bios ok but not in disk management, I know the discs are all fine from testing so it’s obviously something to do with windows or the motherboard (x570 aurus ultra)

im stumped does anyone have any ideas ?

I have tried updating the bios but it made no difference

Maybe try a search for new hardware in windows and/or maybe look at repairing the mbr, it might have been corrupted.

I wonder if the power cut corrupted the BIOS.
